Single Parents Tuesday 6:30 –7:30 How to resolve confusion and anxiety when responding to the feelings of children as they adjust to having one parent in the home. Determine how to meet your needs while being a single parent. Learn how to handle depression, anger, guilt, and hurt because there is no longer a partner in the household.
Parenting Group Tuesday 8:00 –9:00 Discussion centered around how to receive cooperative and appropriate behavior from children. Learn how to have more consistent behavioral limits and consequences in the household. Improve communication and problem-solving skills within the family.
Depression Wednesday 8:00 –9:00 This group will explore how to handle loss of pleasure in activities that have formerly been enjoyed and how to regain pleasure in activities.
